About this site
This site provides free tools for resizing and compressing images to the file sizes that application forms, exam portals and government websites require.
Why it exists
Upload forms commonly enforce three separate rules — a file-size range in kilobytes, exact pixel dimensions, and a specific format. Most image editors let you control one or two of those, not all three at once, and almost none of them can raise a file that falls below a minimum size. These tools handle the full combination in a single step.
How images are handled
All processing happens in your browser using its own canvas engine. No image is transmitted to a server, and no copy is kept. The pages continue to work offline once loaded, which you can verify by disconnecting and using a tool.
Accuracy
File sizes are calculated with the convention upload validators use: one kilobyte is 1,024 bytes and one megabyte is 1,024 kilobytes. Any size target you enter is treated in those units.
